We report the combination of laryngomalacia and sensorineural deafness in a child and his father. A propositus brother, under 1 year of age with laryngomalacia was considered similarly affected. There was no demostrable chromosomal abnormality. In this family laryngomalacia and sensorineural deafness ocurred together as an autosomal dominant syndrome.
